Requirements to belong to the College of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgeons of Baja California, A. C.

Each document must be sent separately, scanned in PDF format.

1. Letter of application for admission addressed to the current president of the CCPERBC.

2. Two letters of recommendation from an active member.

3. Curriculum vitae including tax address, RFC, and CURP.

4. Certificate or diploma in general medicine.

5. Federal general practitioner license.

6. State general practitioner license.

7. Diploma from a general surgery course, minimum one year if graduated before 1994 and

two years if graduated after 1994.

8. University diploma certifying the specialty of plastic surgery.

9. Diploma from the hospital where the plastic surgery specialty was completed.

10. Federal license for the specialty of plastic surgery.

11. State license for the specialty of plastic surgery.

12. Certificate issued by the Mexican Council of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery

(CMCPER), if you have passed the council exam with

certification number.

13. Diploma of active membership in the Mexican Association of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery (AMCPER).

14. Proof of address (electricity or water bill).

15. Recent proof of tax status.
