Dr. José Luis Flores Valdivia is a board-certified plastic surgeon graduated from the most important state university in Mexico through Academic Excellence, with training in General Surgery and a subspecialty in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, graduated from the National Medical Center of the West in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico. He also received international training in Verona, Italy, Virginia, USA and Amman, Jordan.
